疫苗规模化分离纯化研究进展

摘要: 随着我国疫苗行业的不断发展及人们对疫苗安全性和副作用认识的加深,经简单提纯的疫苗已不能满足人们的需求,因此分离纯化在疫苗制备和生产中尤为重要。综述了各类疫苗分离纯化技术方法的研究进展,介绍了国内外疫苗分离纯化的新趋势和发展方向。离心和沉淀作为传统的分离方法已在各类疫苗中得到广泛地应用,膜分离技术和层析技术以及与其他方法的结合已经成为疫苗分离纯化的主要方向;而整体柱、膜色谱以及模拟移动床技术作为新兴技术正在疫苗的分离纯化中逐渐兴起。

Abstract: With the development of the vaccine industry in our country and peoples deepening understanding of vaccine safety and side effects, extracted vaccine cannot satisfied the demand, therefore it is of vital importance to achieve high-purified vaccine. The review summed up the development of vaccine purification at present and its trend at home and abroad. Centrifugation and precipitation, as traditional methods, were widely used in vaccine production. Membrane and chromatography played a significant role in purification. Some novel methods, for instance, monolith, membrane chromatography and simulated moving bed, were highlighted and the work for future was discussed.
