摘要: 邻苯二甲酸酯和己二酸酯被当作增塑剂广泛应用于日用及高分子工业塑胶产品之中。随着塑料制品的大量使用和时间的推移,邻苯二甲酸酯(phthalates acid esters, PAEs)和己二酸酯(adipates acid esters, AEs)在全球的生态环境中已达到了普遍检出的程度,在空气、土壤、水体、食品、乃至生物中都检测到了PAEs和AEs的存在。本文总结了近年来常见的样品前处理及邻苯二甲酸酯和己二酸酯的检测方法,评述了各前处理方法及检测方法之间的优劣,并综述了生物体中邻苯二甲酸酯和己二酸酯的污染及安全评价研究进展。

Abstract: The polymer plastic products, phthalic acid esters (PAEs) and adipates acid esters (AEs), have been increasingly used in household and industrial plastic additives. The presence of PAEs and AEs can be detected in the global ecological environment, including air, soil, water, food and even organisms. This paper summarizes and compares the pretreatment and detection methods of PAEs and AEs in recent years, and reviews the safety evaluation of PAEs and AEs in the organism.
