摘要: 冷激蛋白(cold shock protein, CSPs)是微生物受到冷刺激所诱导合成的分子量为7 kDa左右的蛋白质,它们与细胞在低温环境下的应激反应密切相关。冷激蛋白的功能是作为RNA的分子伴侣与mRNA结合,阻止mRNA二级结构的形成,从而使翻译顺利进行。主要介绍了细菌冷激蛋白的功能、应用以及调控机制的研究进展,以期为更深入的生产应用和功能等的科学研究提供参考。

Abstract: Cold shock proteins (CSPs) is the 7 kDa small protein that bacteria responsing to low temperature. CSPs is closely related to cell cold response. CSPs may function as RNA chaperones, as they possess binding mRNA. In this way they could minimize the secondary folding of mRNA, thereby facilitating the translation process. This article reviewed the function, application and mechanism of regulation of CSPs, which was expected to provide reference for further study on the application and function of CSPs.
