摘要: 成簇间隔的短回文重复序列(clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeat sequences,CRISPR)发现至今已有20年,但从第一个CRISPR/Cas基因编辑的成功应用至今,其在医药、农业、环保等领域短时间内即有了迅猛发展。归纳总结了CRISPR/Cas系统的分类和应用进展,阐述了该技术的研发现状、研究热点与发展态势,并对CRISPR/Cas技术的应用前景提出展望。

Abstract: Clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR) has been found for 20 years until now. But since the successful application of the first CRISPR/Cas gene editing, CRISPR achieves rapid development in the pharmaceutical, agriculture and environmental protection in a short time. This paper summarized the progress on classification and application of CRISPR/Cas system. We also reviewed the status, hotspot, trend of research and development in current field, and put forward the expectation for future of CRISPR/Cas technology application.
