Progress on Collagen Aggregates and Their Aggregation Behavior

摘要: 胶原是生物体重要的结构蛋白,具有良好的生物相容性、可降解性、低免疫原性、止血性和促细胞生长等生物特性,被广泛地应用到生物医学材料、食品、化妆品和药品等领域。胶原的聚集行为是影响胶原产品质量的重要因素,是胶原生产过程中急需解决的科学技术问题。总结了近年来胶原聚集行为的研究进展,着重介绍了胶原聚集行为和胶原聚集体、胶原聚集体结构对其生物学功能的影响、胶原聚集行为的影响因素、胶原聚集行为检测技术以及胶原聚集体的应用,以期为胶原产品的开发提供新思路。

Abstract: Collagen is an important structural protein of the organism. Due to the unique biocompatibility, biodegradability, low immunogenicity, hemostatic, promoting cell growth and other biological characteristics, collagen has been widely used in fields including biomedical materials, foods, cosmetics and drugs. The aggregation behavior of collagen is an important factor affecting the quality of collagen products, and it is a scientific and technical problem that needs to be solved urgently in the process of collagen production. In this paper, the research progress of collagen aggregation behavior in recent years was summarized, the aggregation behavior and aggregates of collagen, the influence of aggregates structure on their biological function, the affecting factors and detection techniques of aggregation behavior as well as the applications of collagen aggregates were introduced, which were expected to provide new thought for development of collagen products.
