摘要: 碳氮代谢影响烟株产量和质量形成,是烟叶最基本的代谢过程。阐述了碳氮代谢的研究现状,总结了碳氮代谢产物及其关键酶活性的影响因素,并归纳了栽培调制技术对碳氮代谢的调控。碳氮代谢在烟草生长发育中有重要作用,通过对近年来碳氮代谢相关研究的归纳总结,提出了未来碳氮代谢的研究方向。

Abstract: The carbon and nitrogen metabolism is the basic metabolic process, affecting the quality of tobacco production. This paper expounded the present situation of the study on carbon and nitrogen metabolism, summarized the influencing factors of carbon and nitrogen metabolites and its key enzyme activity. The paper also summarized the cultivation measures and curing techniques on carbon and nitrogen metabolism regulation. Carbon and nitrogen metabolism plays an important role in the growth and development of tobacco, through the research on carbon and nitrogen metabolism in recent years. We put forward the future research direction of carbon and nitrogen metabolism.
