摘要: 苏云金芽胞杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis, Bt)是目前应用广泛且有效的一种微生物杀虫剂。人们已从苏云金芽胞杆菌中分离鉴定了许多的生物活性成分,包括杀虫晶体蛋白、营养期杀虫蛋白、几丁质酶、自身诱导物抑制蛋白、免疫因子A等。这些生物活性成分在不同程度上能直接或间接地促进了Bt的杀虫活性。本文就苏云金芽胞杆菌的一些生物活性成分进行了综述和展望。

Abstract: Bacillus thuringiensis is one of the most effective and widely used microbial insecticides. A variety of bioactive components have been identified from Bacillus thuringiensis continuously, such as insecticidal crystal proteins, vegetative insecticidal protein, chitinase, autoinducer inactivation protein, and immune Inhibitor A, etc. These bioactive factors have directly or indirectly influence on its insecticidal ability of Bacillus thuringiensis. Their properties and prospect applications are reviewed and discussed in this paper.
