摘要:

颅脑损伤(traumatic brain injury,TBI)在日常外伤中十分常见,目前临床上缺少具有确切干预效果的药物,因此开发针对TBI的新型治疗方法意义重大。氢气已被证实有抗氧化、抗炎症、抗凋亡等作用,并在多种疾病中显示出很好的保护作用。近十年来已有很多研究初步证实了氢气对TBI具有保护作用,并对氢气的作用机制进行了深入研究。重点介绍了不同氢气干预方式对TBI的保护效应和氢气的作用机制,同时也提出了目前研究中的不足之处和未来需要重点研究的方向,以期为对氢气临床和基础应用感兴趣的研究人员提供参考和帮助。

Abstract:

Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a very common disease in daily trauma, and there is still a lack of drugs with definite clinical interventions, so it is important to develop new treatments for TBI. Hydrogen has been proved to have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-apoptosis and other effects, and has shown a good protective effect in a variety of diseases. In the past decade, many studies have preliminarily confirmed the protective effect of hydrogen on TBI, and the mechanism underlying the effect of hydrogen has also been investigated. The review focused on the protective effect of different hydrogen intervention methods on TBI and the mechanism underlying the effect of hydrogen, and also put forward the deficiencies in the current research and the direction of future research. The paper was hoped to provide reference and help for clinical and basic researchers of hydrogen.
