摘要: 硒是人体必需微量元素之一,硒环境本底值分布极不均匀,在世界范围内缺硒与富硒地区并存。过去10年中,大量流行病学研究探讨硒与死亡率、肿瘤、心血管疾病、2型糖尿病及生殖之间的关系。以近年来的人群研究为线索,综合阐述了硒与上述疾病之间关系的研究进展,从流行病学角度探讨了硒与疾病的关系。

Abstract: Selenium (Se) is one of the essential trace elements in human body. The environmental background value of Se is extremely uneven, both Se deficient areas and Se rich areas exist. In the past 10 years, a large number of epidemiology studies investigated the association between Se and mortality, cancer, cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes mellitus, and reproduction. Based on the recent population studies, this paper comprehensively expounded the current research progress on Se and diseases above, and discussed the relationship between Se and disease from an epidemiological perspective.
