摘要: 硒是动物和人体必需的微量元素,同时也是对植物生长发育有益的元素。随着人们生活水平的提高,富硒农产品日益受到广泛的关注,进而推动了关于作物对硒的吸收利用和科学施用硒肥的研究。在综述国内外相关研究进展的基础上,系统总结了土壤有效硒测定方法以及作物对硒的吸收、转运和形态转化及其影响因素的相关研究成果,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract: Selenium (Se) is an essential trace element for animals and human, and also a beneficial element for plant growth and development. With the development of peoples living standard, Se-enriched agricultural products have received increasing attention, furthermore, the research on the absorption and utilization of Se in crops and rational application of Se fertilizer has been promoted. Based on a review of the research progress, the determination methods of available Se in soil, and plant Se absorption, speciation, transformation and their influencing factors were summarized systematically. Finally, the further research direction was prospected.
