摘要: 海洋是一个巨大的硒资源库,其丰富且可再生的物种为人类提供了大量的富硒海洋产品。针对当前人们广泛存在的缺硒现象,综述了沿海典型物种包括海洋植物和海洋动物的硒含量,海洋物种富硒化养殖及其影响因素,并指出海洋植物活性组分及海鲜废弃物硒化的潜在方式。最后,展望了海洋含硒产品研究和开发的方向,以期为高效利用海洋硒资源提供参考。

Abstract: The ocean is a huge repository of selenium (Se), which provides human with a large number of marine product with renewability and rich-Se. For the extensive phenomenon of Se deficiency existing in resident, the content of Se in the typical coastal marine species, the aquaculture of enriched Se for marine species as well as its influence factors was reviewed in this paper. Moreover, the potential ways of selenylation for active components of marine plant and waste of seafood was presented. Finally, we prospected the research and development of the seleniferous product of ocean. All of these were expected to afford reference for efficient utilization of the marine Se resource.
