ITGA7基因与人类肿瘤的泛癌分析

Pan Cancer Analysis Between ITGA7 Gene and Human Tumors

摘要:

探究了ITGA7基因在人类肿瘤中的基因及蛋白表达水平,并评估其临床意义。通过cBioPortal、GEPIA2、Timer2.0、STRING和Veen等多种数据库分析ITGA7的变异情况、与肿瘤预后之间的关系、基因表达与免疫浸润的关联性以及功能富集分析。发现在肝癌(liver cancer,LIHC)、肾透明细胞癌(clear cell carcinoma of kidney,KIRC)、甲状腺癌(thyroid cancer,THCA)等肿瘤组织中ITGA7表达量升高与不良预后存在关联,相反,ITGA7在子宫内膜癌(endometrial cancer,UCEC)、前列腺癌(prostatic cancer,PRAD)、直肠癌(rectal cancer,READ)、乳腺癌(breast cancer,BRCA)、肺鳞癌(lung squamous carcinoma,LUSC)等肿瘤组织中表达量较低,且其低表达与胰腺癌的不良预后相关。ITGA7主要变异类型为错义突变。在结肠癌(colon cancer,COAD)、膀胱癌(carcinoma of urinary bladder,BLCA)、乳腺癌等6种肿瘤中,ITGA7的表达量与免疫浸润水平呈正相关,而在肉瘤中的表达量与免疫浸润水平呈负相关。泛癌分析显示ITGA7的表达与免疫浸润水平、基因突变及肿瘤预后相关,这一发现有助于从临床角度深入理解ITGA7在肿瘤发生和发展中的潜在作用,并为临床诊断与治疗提供参考。

Abstract:

This study aimed to explore the gene and protein expression levels of ITGA7 gene in human tumors and evaluate its clinical significance. The variation of ITGA7, its relationship with tumor prognosis, the correlation between gene expression and immune infiltration, and functional enrichment analysis were analyzed through various databases such as cBioPortal, GEPIA2, Timer2.0, STRING and Veen. It was found that increased expression of ITGA7 in tumor tissues such as liver cancer, renal clear cell carcinoma, and thyroid cancer was associated with poor prognosis. On the contrary, ITGA7 expression in tumor tissues such as endometrial cancer, prostate cancer, rectal cancer, breast cancer, and lung squamous cell carcinoma was found to be associated with poor prognosis. The expression of ITGA7 is low in pancreatic cancer, and its low expression is associated with poor prognosis of pancreatic cancer. The main mutation type of ITGA7 is missense mutation. In six types of tumors, including colon cancer, bladder cancer, and breast cancer, the expression of ITGA7 was positively correlated with the level of immune infiltration, while the expression in sarcomas was negatively correlated with the level of immune infiltration. Pan-cancer analysis showed that the expression of ITGA7 is related to the level of immune infiltration, gene mutations and tumor prognosis. This finding helps to deeply understand the potential role of ITGA7 in tumor occurrence and development from a clinical perspective, and provides a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
