摘要:

RNA结合蛋白是生物体生命周期中重要的调节物质。作为RNA结合蛋白中的一种,胰岛素生长因子2 mRNA结合蛋白3(insulin growth factor 2 mRNA binding protein 3,IGF2BP3)介导癌症细胞的发生、发展及疾病预后和转归,因此对于IGF2BP3致癌作用的发生机制、通路传导作用机制以及基于IGF2BP3分子治疗靶点的探究具有重要意义。通过阐述IGF2BPs家族具有的生物学功能,IGF2BP3在肿瘤和疾病的相关性,以及IGF2BP3在现代临床治疗的应用前景,以期为IGF2BP3基因的进一步研究提供理论依据。

Abstract:

RNA binding protein is an important regulator in the life cycle of organisms. As one of the RNA binding proteins, insulin growth factor 2 mRNA binding protein 3 (IGF2BP3) mediates the occurrence and development of cancer cells as well as the prognosis and outcome of diseases. Therefore, it is great significance to explore the mechanism of IGF2BP3 carcinogenesis, the mechanism of pathway conduction, and the therapeutic target based on IGF2BP3 molecule. To elaborate the biological functions of the IGF2BPs family, the relevance of IGF2BP3 in some tumors and diseases, the application prospects of IGF2BP3 in modern clinical treatment, we aimed to provide a theoretical basis for further research on the IGF2BP3 gene.
