我国食品元素分析方法标准体系现状分析与探讨

摘要: 对我国有关食品元素分析方法的国家和行业标准进行了梳理,对标准体系的发布类型、技术归口、时效性、技术性指标等情况进行了分析,剖析了标准体系中存在的多头管理、构架不合理、交叉重复等问题,以及时效性、技术性、实用性等方面的不足,并为我国食品元素分析方法标准体系的进一步清理整顿提出了对策建议,以期为我国食品元素分析方法标准体系的统一提供参考。

Abstract: China's national and industrial standard system for elemental analysis in food were collected, and their standard types, source, time and technical characteristics were also analyzed in this paper. Some critical problems about standard management, establishment and techniques were discussed, furthermore the suggestions were given to solve these problems mentioned above, in order to support the further reform of food standard system for elemental analysis.
