产脂肪酶深海细菌的筛选鉴定及酶学性质研究

Study on Classification and Enzymatic Propertis of Deep-sea Bacteria Producing Lipase

摘要: 从分离自南大西洋深海沉积物的细菌中筛选出一株产脂肪酶菌株FE10,通过16S rRNA序列分析,对FE10进行分子鉴定和系统发育分析,初步确定其为海杆菌属(Marinobacter)。对菌株FE10所产脂肪酶进行酶学性质初步研究表明:在实验温度条件下所产脂肪酶40℃、pH 7时酶活最高,pH 9时酶活几乎消失。

Abstract: The bacterial strain FE10 producing lipase was screened from deep sea bacteria, which isolated from deep-sea sediment of South Atlantic. The molecular identification of 16S rRNA gene sequencing and phylogenetic analysis showed that FE10 belonged to the genus Marinobacter. The results of preliminary study on the lipase characterization showed that optimal temperature of the lipase activity was 40℃ under laboratory conditions. The lipase activity was high at pH 7, and almost disappeared at pH 9.
