摘要: 乙烯是植物的重要内源激素之一,乙烯信号转导途径在调控植物生长发育及生物与非生物胁迫中起重要作用。对近年来植物乙烯合成关键酶ACC合酶及植物乙烯信号转导通路中的关键基因,如乙烯受体基因、负调控因子CTR1和转录因子EIN2、EIN3/EIL1和ERFs的功能进行了综述,以期为后续研究提供参考。

Abstract: Ethylene is one of the important endogenous hormones in plants. Ethylene signal transduction pathway plays an important role in regulating plant growth, development, as well as biological and abiotic stress. This paper reviewed ACC synthase which is a key enzyme in plant ethylene synthesis, and key genes which play key roles in plant ethylene signal transduction pathway, such as ethylene receptor gene, negative regulatory factor CTR1, and transcription factor EIN2, EIN3/EIL1 and ERFs,  which was expected to provide reference for further research.
