摘要: 云芝是一种中国传统的药用真菌,其主要活性成分为云芝多糖,已被广泛应用于食品和医药领域,其生物学功能越来越被关注。但是,目前在云芝的优良菌种选育及多糖产率上还存在问题,制约了云芝产业的发展。综述了云芝菌种选育、发酵工艺技术和多糖提取技术的研究进展,以期为云芝多糖的高产优化策略相关研究提供参考。

Abstract: Trametes versicolor is a Chinese traditional medicinal fungus. Polysaccharide  krestin, the main active component of T. versicolor, has been widely used in the field of food and medicine. Therefore, its biological functions have been paid more and more attention. However, there are some problems in selection and breeding of superior T. versicolor strains and polysaccharide yield, which restricts the development of T. versicolor industry. In this paper, the selecting and breeding of T. versicolor strains, fermentation and polysaccharide extraction technology were summarized, which was expected to provide a reference for the optimization strategy research of high-yield T. versicolor polysaccharide in the future.
