摘要: 21世纪是生命科学的世纪,生命科学的进步和生物产业的发展对测量结果准确可比的需求催生了蛋白质计量技术的产生与发展。经过近20年的发展,蛋白质含量计量技术已经取得突破性进展,并且获得了长足的发展。综述了迄今蛋白质含量计量技术的研究进展及取得的突破,介绍了质量平衡、同位素稀释质谱、定量核磁、电喷雾-差分电迁移-颗粒计数、高效液相色谱-圆二色光谱在蛋白质含量计量中的应用。最后展望了蛋白质含量计量技术未来的发展方向。

Abstract: The 21st century is the century of life science. With the progress of life science and the development of biological industry, the demand for accurate and comparable measurement results has given birth to the emergence and development of protein metrology. After development of nearly 20 years, protein content metrology technology has made a breakthrough and made considerable progress. In this paper, the research progress and breakthroughs in protein content metrology technology were reviewed. The applications of mass balance, isotope dilution-mass spectrometry, quantitative nuclear magnetic resonance, electrospray-differential electromigration-particle counting, high performance liquid chromatography-circular dichorism in protein content metrology were introduced. Finally, the future development of protein content metrology technology was prospected.
