摘要: 抗氰呼吸是以交替氧化酶(AOX)为末端氧化酶的氰不敏感电子传递链呼吸, AOX具有清除活性氧、抑制细胞凋亡和增加果蔬抵御能力等功能,在果蔬生长发育的 各个生理过程及果蔬对贮藏环境的适应过程中起到重要作用。目前果蔬抗氰呼吸的 调节机理以及外界胁迫下AOX运行的生理学意义已成为果蔬采后成熟衰老领域研究的 热点。本文就AOX结构、生理功能、抗氰呼吸运行机制及在果蔬中的研究现状进行综 述。

Abstract: The cyanide-resistant respiration is a cyanide insensitive electron transport chain respiration, and its terminal oxidase, alternative oxidase (AOX), has the function to scavenge the reactive oxygen species, inhibit cell death and enhance stress tolerance of fruits and vegetables. It plays an important role in physiological process of fruits and vegetables growth and development. Recently, the operating mechanism of cyanide-resistant respiration and physiological significance of AOX have become a hot topic in ripening and senescence of fruits and vegetables. The paper mainly summarizes the latest research advances about the structure and functions of AOX, regulation mechanism of cyanide-resistant respiration and the studies of cyanide-resistant respiration on fruits and vegetables.
