摘要: 随着食品安全问题的日益突出,寻找安全有效的果蔬保鲜剂代替化学药剂成 为研究热点。由于植物内生菌不易受外界环境的影响,可以较长时间发挥生物学作 用,具有防治果蔬采后病害的优势,是值得深入研究的一条防治病害的新途径。本 文从菌株种类、防病机制、分离筛选以及病害防效等方面介绍了植物内生菌防治果 蔬采后病害方面的研究进展,分析植物内生菌在果蔬保鲜方面的应用潜力,并对其 作为生物保鲜剂用于果蔬保鲜存在的问题进行了分析与展望。

Abstract: Because food safety issues have become increasingly prominent, looking for a safe and effective agent for fruit and vegetable preservation instead of chemicals become a research hotspot. With the characteristics of less susceptibility to external environment and longer duration of action, the plant endophytes has advantages to prevent and control the postharvest diseases of fruits and vegetables. This paper reviews the progress of plant endophytes from four aspects including the strain types, disease prevention mechanisms, strain screening and control effect, analyzes the application potential of endophyte in fresh fruits and vegetables fresh-keeping and preservation, and finally prospects the future development of endophyte as a biological agent for fresh fruits and vegetables preservation.
