摘要: 真菌苯二酚内酯类聚酮化合物具有抗癌和调节免疫系统等重要的生物活性,其生物合成是近年来的研究热点。介绍了苯二酚内酯的双聚酮合酶协作合成机制和组合生物合成,并以几种真菌苯二酚内酯生物合成途径为例,综述了相关的研究进展,以期为研究者提供参考。

Abstract: Fungal benzenediol lactones, biosynthesized by polyketide synthases, are important pharmacophores with wide-ranging bioactivities including anti-cancer and immune system modulatory effects. Its biosynthesis has become research focus in recent years. A comprehensive review was made about collaborative biosynthetic mechanism of two type I iterative polyketide synthases, and combinatorial biosynthesis of benzenediol lactones. As examples, the biosynthesis pathways of a few fungal benzenediol lactones were highlighted, which was expected provide reference for related research.
