连翘有效成分提取及提取物对奶牛乳房炎致病菌的抑制效果

Extracting Active Components of Forsythia suspensa and the Extract‘s Inhibitory  Effect on Cow Mastitis Pathogens

摘要: 中药连翘具有抗菌、消炎、解热等作用,本研究目的在于摸索连翘有效成分提取的试验方法,获得适于抑制奶牛乳房炎致病菌的有效成分。以连翘叶片为材料,利用回流法提取工艺提取,采用薄层色谱(TLC)测定法定性分析,高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定有效成分纯度,抑菌圈检测法检测抑菌效果。结果表明,连翘提取物对奶牛乳房炎致病菌具有抑制效果。

Abstract: Forsythia suspense has the properties of anti-bacteria, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and other features. The purpose of this study is to explore the test method of effective component exraction from Chinese medicine Forsythia and explore the component for pathogen inhibiton in cow mastitis. The Forsythia leaves were extracted using reflux extraction technology, the extract was analyzed by TLC, and the purity of the extracted active component was detected by HPLC. Antimicrobial effects of Forsythia suspensa extract was detected using inhibition zone assay. The results showed that extract of Forsythia suspensa had inhibitory effect on dairy cow mastitis pathogens.
