果实发酵液作为肥料的功效研究进展

摘要: 果实发酵液作为一种天然无公害植物源营养制剂,深受人们的青睐,介绍了果实发酵液的概念、营养组分及施用后对植物的各种功效和对土壤的改善作用。最后通过与一般的植物肥料进行比较,分析了使用果实发酵液作为植物肥料的优势以及存在的问题,并对新型有机肥的研究提出了对策建议。

Abstract: Fruit fermentation liquor was popular as a natural pollution-free plant-derived nutrient solution. This article described the meaning and nutrition components of plant fermentation liquor, and summarized its functions on plants and significant improvement in soil. Finally, through comparing with general fertilizers of plant, the advantage and problem of fruit fermentation liquor as fertilizers of plant were discussed, and the paper gave some suggestion on the way to solve research of new organic fertilizer.
