摘要: 铁元素是生物体必需的矿质元素,参与植物体生理活动及物质的构成,不同作物籽粒中的铁含量不同。综述了不同作物籽粒铁含量的差异性以及籽粒铁含量和农艺性状相关性的研究进展,以期为铁营养强化作物育种研究提供参考。

Abstract: Iron is a necessary mineral element for organisms, it participates in the activities of plant and the composition of matter. Iron content is different in different crop seeds. This article reviewed the research progress on the difference of  iron content in different crop seeds, and the correlation between iron content and agronomic characteristics, which was expected to provide reference for iron fortification research in plant breeding.
