9种常用农药对拟长毛钝绥螨的致死作用

Lethal Effect of Nine Pesticides on Amblyseius pseudolongispinosus

摘要: 浓药的使用会对捕食螨产生不良影响,降低捕食螨对害螨的控制作用,为筛选出对捕食螨安全的农药品种,指导生产实践,本研究采用室内叶片喷雾法测定了6种常用杀螨剂和3种杀菌剂对拟长毛钝绥螨的致死作用。结果表明,72%克露可湿性粉剂、70%甲基托布津可湿性粉剂、50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂3种杀菌剂对拟长毛钝绥螨雌成螨的校正死亡率较低,分别为0、5.0%和7.7%,没有显著差异;杀螨剂1.8%虫螨克乳油、15%哒螨灵乳油对拟长毛钝绥螨雌成螨的校正死亡率较高,分别为79.5%和53.9%。杀螨剂73%克螨特乳油、20%三唑锡悬浮剂、5%尼索朗乳油、8%中保杀螨乳油对拟长毛钝绥螨雌成螨的校正死亡率较低,分别为15.4%、17.9%、20.5%、28.2%,与1.8%虫螨克乳油、15%哒螨灵乳油相比达到差异显著水平。

Abstract: The use of pesticide would adversely affect the predatory mites, and reduce their control of pest mites. To filter out the pesticides safe to predatory mites and guide productive practices, this study determined the lethal effect of six kinds of commonly used acaricides and three kinds of fungicides on Amblyseius pseudolongispinosus by indoor leaves spray method. The results indicated that the correction mortality rates of female adult Amblyseius pseudolongispinosus were low, which were 0, 5% and 7.7% respectively, by 72% curzate wettable powder, 70% topsin methyl wettable powder, and 50% carbendazol wettable powder. There was no significant difference between them. The correction mortality rates of female adult Amblyseius pseudolongispinosus were higher, which were 79.5% and 53.9% respectively, by 1.8% chongmanke emulsifiable solution and 15% pyridaben emulsifiable solution. The correction mortality rates of female adult Amblyseius pseudolongispinosus were lower, which were 15.4%、17.9%、20.5% and 28.2% respectively, by 73% propargite emulsifiable solution, 20% azacyclotin suspending agent, 5% hexythiazox emulsifiable solution and 8% Zhongbaoshaman emulsifiable solution. Compared with 1.8% Chongmanke emulsifiable solution and 15% pyridaben emulsifiable solution, the correction mortality rates of female adult Amblyseius pseudolongispinosus were statistically significant.
