摘要:

卷烟原材料的品质是决定卷烟好坏的基础,不同地区卷烟原材料的纤维素、果胶、糖分和烟碱等主要成分不同,制约了工业企业的发展。为解决不同地区原材料参差不齐等问题,已有研究在利用生物酶技术降解纤维素等大分子及烟碱等化学成分方面已取得了一定的进展。主要概述了纤维素酶及其复合酶制剂在烟草应用中的研究进展,分析了其对片烟、烟梗、再造烟叶和烟草浸膏产生的影响,旨在为工业企业利用生物酶发酵烟叶和卷烟生产提供参考。

Abstract:

The quality of cigarette raw materials is the basis to determine the cigarettes quality. The main components of cigarette raw materials such as cellulose, pectin, sugar and nicotine are different in different regions, which restricts the development of industrial enterprises. In order to solve the uneven raw materials in different regions, progress has been made in the degradation of macromolecules (such as cellulose) and chemical components (such as nicotine) by biological enzyme technology. In this paper, the research progress of cellulase and its compound enzyme preparation in tobacco was summarized, and the influence of cellulase on tobacco leaf, stem, reconstituted tobacco leaf and tobacco extract was analyzed, in order to provide reference for the production of tobacco leaf and cigarette by biological enzyme.
