不同品种山羊超数排卵效果比较研究

Study on Superovulation of Different Varieties of Goats

摘要: 在生产条件下,对2个优良品种的29只波尔山羊和8只陕北白绒山羊供体使用不同国别生产的促卵泡素(FSH)实施超数排卵处理,旨在比较波尔山羊和陕北白绒山羊超数排卵效果的差异。试验结果显示,同样采用加拿大产FSH进行超排处理,波尔山羊的的平均回收胚胎数(12.80±7.98枚)稍高于陕北白绒山羊(9.43±7.16枚)(P>0.05)。结果还显示,输卵管采胚法可以获得比子宫角采胚法更高的可用胚率(P>0.05),但前者对处理的供体术后的发情率有一定的不良影响,所以在山羊超数排卵中优先采用子宫角采胚法。

Abstract: To compare the Boer goat and Shaanbei white cashmere goat superovulation effect in the commercial application, 29 Boer goats and 8 Shaanbei white cashmere goats were superovultated with different FSH made in different countries. Superovulatory treatment was performed using Ca-FSH in Boer goats and Shaanbei white cashmere goats. The total number of recovered embryos per does was 12.80±7.98 for Boer goats, which was higher than that of Shaanbei white cashmere goats (9.43±7.16), but without significant difference (P>0.05). The results also showed that the estrous rate of the treated donor after operated were badly influenced by the collection method from oviduct. So the collection method of the uterine horn ought to be preferentially used in goat.
