外源植物激素对高温胁迫下水培绿萝耐热性的影响

Effects of Exogenous Phytohormones on Heat Tolerance of Epipremnum aureum Under Hydroponic Culture

摘要:

绿萝在夏季容易受到高温胁迫,造成植物生长发育不良。以水培绿萝为研究对象,探究不同浓度脱落酸、多效唑和烯效唑对其耐热性的影响。结果发现,在35 ℃高温胁迫下,施用外源植物激素均能在一定程度上提高绿萝的耐热性,且2.5 mg·L-1脱落酸和2.0 mg·L-1烯效唑处理效果最好。结果表明,在高温地区或高温季节,可使用一定浓度的植物激素来提高绿萝的耐热性以保证持久的观赏价值,这为提高水培绿萝的抗逆性提供了一定的理论和实际指导。

Abstract:

In the summer, high temperature stress susceptible to Epipremnum aureum, causing stunted plant growth. The effects of different concentrations of abscisic acid, paclobutrazol and uniconazole on hydroponic Epipremnum aureum heat resistance were studied in this research. The results showed that, under high temperature stress at 35 ℃, exogenous plant hormones could improve the heat resistance of Epipremnum aureum to a certain extent, and the treatment of 2.5 mg·L-1 abscisic acid and 2.0 mg·L-1 uniconazole had the best effects. The results indicated that in high temperature areas or seasons, a certain concentration of plant hormones can be used to improve the heat resistance of Epipremnum aureum and ensure their long-lasting ornamental value. This study provided theoretical and practical guidance on how to improve the stress resistance of hydroponic Epipremnum aureum.
